We recommend replacing strings and cables at your local pro shop or through the Ravin Service Department every 2 years or after 400 shots, whichever comes first. If you choose to replace them yourself, only use the Ravin Press. Never use the Ravin Bow Press on other crossbow models. Be sure to read and follow all instructions and warnings provided with the Ravin Bow Press. Note: The Ravin Bow Press is designed exclusively for use with the R9 / R10 / R10X / R15 / R20 / R29 / R29X models.

Do you offer any discount codes?
Yes we do offer discount codes to first time buyers when they sign up to our email subscriber list.
Why is my discount code not working?
Our discount codes have some exclusions. Those exclusions include products that are already on sale, and products from manufactures(Mathews, Sitka Gear, Stone Glacier, Crispi) that have a MAPP policy in place that doesn't allow the use of discount codes to be used once the items are in the cart. Do you match competitors pricing?
