Gold Tip Arrow Spine Selection Guide
Use Gold Tip's official compound-bow charts below to compare arrow spine for your setup. The original manufacturer charts are hosted here by James River Archery.
Before you choose
- Choose the chart for your bow's IBO speed, then match draw weight, total point weight and arrow length.
- Measure arrow length from the nock throat to the insert's end.
- Point weight includes the point, insert, Ballistic Collar and any FACT weight.
- A broadhead longer than your field point may call for a slightly stiffer shaft.
These charts cover more spines than the Hunter XT options on our product page: 250, 300, 340 and 400. For finger-release compounds, recurves or longbows, ask our team to confirm the appropriate selection and tuning guidance.
